Orange County based band Lit are hitting Southern California for one hell of a party as they are bringing along Zebrahead, Fenix TX, and Night Like Thieves this October.

Lit stands out as one of the foremost bands emerging from the late 1990s post-grunge scene, playing a pivotal role in shaping the generation-defining sound of SoCal power punk. Their music includes high-energy hits such as "My Own Worst Enemy," "Miserable," "Zip-Lock," and "Lipstick & Bruises.” The band's central lineup has endured over the years, with Ajay Popoff at the microphone, his brother Jeremy handling the guitar, Kevin Baldes on bass, and Taylor Carrol as the drummer.

Lit’s Latest album “Taste Like Gold” was released April 8th 2022 with the singles “Yeah, Yeah Yeah” and Kicked Off The Plane. Other goodies include their cover of The Cars “Let’s Go” and Tom Petty’s “American Girl” which have been added to the live set list. Armed with fresh music, Lit has been embarking on tours that have garnered rave reviews from both their dedicated fan base and newcomers to the Lit experience.

Joining the line up on this tour is the beloved Grammy-nominated misfits of Orange County known as Zebrahead who is frequently hailed as the ultimate party rock band. Zebrahead has been punk rock-rapping their way into our hearts since the mid-1990s. “Since their incarnation Zebrahead has shared highs and lows, sold over 2.5 million albums to date, and currently have over 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify, they have survived label changes, earned a Grammy nomination, and through it all nonstop touring ensued across the globe.” -Zebrahead

Freshly off their big headlining European tour, Zebrahead is hard at work recording the 3rd & final trilogy EP “I”, which is scheduled to be released in late fall of 2023. The current lineup includes original member vocalist/rapper Ali Tabatabaee, bassist Ben Osmundson, drummer Ed Udhus, guitarist Dan Palmer from Death By Stereo, and vocalist/guitarist Adrian Estrella from Assuming We Survive. With their infectious sing along anthems, crazy on stage antics, and huge crowd participation, Zebrahead is one killer of an addition to this tour.

Along for the ride is San Diego’s very own Nights Like Thieves. Originating from the lively music scene, Nights Like Thieves is an alternative rock and emo band that has been refining their skills for nearly seven years. Drawing from their extensive roots in punk and rock, their music has transformed into a versatile and emotionally charged fusion of styles, seamlessly incorporating aspects of melodic emo, heartfelt punk, and alternative rock.

The legendary punk rock band from Houston, Texas, Fenix TX will also be gracing us with their presence. With their catchy melodies, anthemic choruses, and a fusion of punk and pop element, Fenix TX played an important role in shaping the sound of pop-punk during the late 1990s and on the emerging emo-pop genre, which became popular in the early 2000s. The band has gone through various lineup changes over the years but has maintained a presence in the punk rock scene.

This show is sure to be Lit! Tickets are now on sale for the House of Blues in San Diego Wednesday October 18th & the House of Blues in Anaheim Thursday October 19th.
